VAT and taxes for EU shipments are already included in our price. For shipments outside EU we ship delivery-duty-paid (DDP), meaning everything is already included and you don’t have to pay anything to the courier.
We usually delivery to Europe within 7 days. All
orders are processed at our distribution center in Lombardy, Italy.
Within Italy, items should be returned within 14 days of their delivery date and we offer free returns. Outside of Italy you are responsible for the cost of the return shipment and items should be returned within 30 days.
