We offer free shipping for orders above 300 EUR
VAT and taxes for EU shipments are already included in our price. For shipments outside EU import duties may apply to your order depending on your order value and shipping country. Please note that Kurinji does not have any control over these fees and cannot estimate them in advance.
We usually delivery to Europe within 7 days. All
orders are processed at our distribution center in Turin, Italy.
Within Italy, items should be returned within 14 days of their delivery date and we offer free returns. Outside of Italy you are responsible for the cost of the return shipment and items should be returned within 30 days. Please ship the items to Silk Route Design, via Ridolfi 11, 10099 San Mauro Torinese (TO), Italy and email us the name of the courier chosen and the tracking number.
For extra-EU returns please always specify in the shipping documents it’s a non-commercial shipment to return goods. If you need assistance to prepare the shipping documents don’t hesitate to contact us. Please note we will not be liable for any customs, shipping or handling charges incurred, and any charge may be deducted from the refund value.
