Please ship the items to Silk Route Design, via Ridolfi 11, 10099 San Mauro Torinese (TO), Italy and email us the name of the courier chosen and the tracking number.
    For extra-EU returns please always specify in the shipping documents it’s a non-commercial shipment to return goods. If you need assistance to prepare the shipping documents don’t hesitate to contact us. Please note we will not be liable for any customs, shipping or handling charges incurred, and any charge may be deducted from the refund value.
